After having booked the premises, You are to remit the prepayment in amount of the price for 2 nights.
Cancellation of the booking one month before the booked period is free of charge. In other cases the advance payment shall not be refunded.

The prepayment is to be remitted to the debit account of the villa “Lotmiškis”.

It is possible to pay the rest of the amount either in cash after Your arrival to the villa or prior to Your arrival by bank commission to the debit account of the villa "Lotmiškis".

If You book the premises for ten and more nights, the price of tenancy gets reduced by 5% from the total amount to be paid for the booked period of tenancy.
